Refund policy

TM8 Return & Refund Policy

All products sold by TM8 are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

We'll gladly issue a refund or replacement if:

• The file is corrupted or fails to download
• You received the wrong file
• The product is significantly different from what was described

To request an exception, contact us at tm8des@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate charge.
